In Hotel Isla de la Garena we know the culinary tendencies change and its needed to be continuously moving. This is why our chef and our Head of food and beverages supervise every detail of every dish to adjust them to new gastronomic concepts, having an excellent result in all the banquets made for weddings, communions or other events and celebrations of our hotel. A dish has to be innovative but also rich in flavours, so we use recipes based on primary products and elaborated with traditional methods and the latest technology. With this procedures we get fresh and unique flavours, pleasing to the palate. In addition, we select a winery with good pairing with the selected menu, even though if you prefer other wines to complete the banquet, our maître will be pleased to find them for your event.
